Delete your account

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, saved results, and progress history. This can't be undone.

Before you delete

If you have an active Plus or Annual subscription, cancel it first — see the cancellation policy for details. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel billing.

How to delete

What happens next

Your data is removed from active systems within 30 days, except where we're required to keep records for legal or accounting purposes.
